The combination of counselling and trauma-informed yoga offers a gentle invitation to deepen awareness, foster connection, and nurture healing in an integrative, heart-centred way.

Counselling & Yoga

Our bodies and minds carry every story — the light, the shadows, the moments that lift us, and the ones that weigh heavily. Trauma, anxiety, grief, and distress may ripple through us in tension, fear, disconnection, or somatic whispers, reminding us that our body is both witness and keeper of our experience.

In a Trauma-Sensitive, Person-Centred approach, we will move beyond the surface. Through gentle yoga and heart-centered therapeutic tools, we will trace the hidden roots of suffering, invite the body back as a safe and sacred place, and nurture the tender art of self-regulation. Step by step, breath by breath, we will cultivate a kind, steady presence within all that you are.

You will be held — fully, gently, without judgment.
