“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we will ever do.” - Brené Brow

Coming soon.

In 2026, my online courses will be released — offerings that have been more than a year in the making, shaped with care, devotion, and lived experience. They are born from the meeting of my professional training and my own ongoing journey of recovery from complex trauma and birth trauma. Healing, as I have come to know it, is not something we arrive at — it is something we continue to live, breathe, and practice.

Each course is held within a trauma-informed approach and rooted in my deep love for supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the profound transition into motherhood. These offerings are created as companions — to meet you where you are, to honour your story, and to gently support reconnection with your body, your breath, and yourself.

Online Courses:

  • Healing After Birth Trauma

  • Yoga for Anxiety, Grief, Anger & Sadness

  • Mindful Pregnancy

These courses are an invitation — to move slowly, to choose softly, and to walk your healing path with compassion, courage, and care.

For the moment, connection can continue through the Journal — a place where I share reflections and gentle guidance on healing after birth.

  • Healing After Birth Trauma is a gentle, trauma-informed practice for parents healing after a difficult or overwhelming birth. Through soft movement, breath, and presence, you are invited to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and restore a sense of safety and trust — at your own pace, in your own way.

No fixing. No forcing. Just compassionate support as healing slowly unfolds.

  • Yoga for Anxiety, Grief, Anger, and Sadness is a soft, supportive practice for meeting life’s heavier emotions with care. Through gentle movement, conscious breath, and moments of stillness, this offering creates space to feel, soften, and regulate the nervous system — without needing to push anything away.

This is not about fixing or bypassing emotions, but about learning to be with them, allowing the body and heart to find steadiness, release, and quiet strength.

  • Mindful Pregnancy is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and honour this sacred time of becoming. Through gentle, nourishing movement, conscious breath, and quiet moments of stillness, the practice deepens your connection with your changing body and the life growing within you.

This offering creates space for presence, trust, and calm, while also providing gentle guidance and resources to support you through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum journey.
